At the top of the main staircase, as you enter the second floor, is the Julia Bishop Hall. Just above the landing is a crystal chandelier. To the right at the top of the staircase is the tall pier mirror from Founder Julia Bishop Coleman's, Miami (OH) - Alpha, home. This and the other furnishings and art displayed throughout the hall belonged to Julia. The story in Julia's diary about the old pier mirror is that she would stand in front of it "checking the stocking lines just one more time to be sure they are straight before the date!"

A Victorian carved table with an Italian marble top is another prominent Coleman piece in the hallway.
