"The best cooks in the world" are our Louisiana Delta Zetas. In particular, the Kappa Alpha Chapter of Nicholls State University are proud sponsors of the renovated kitchen. Lining the cupboards are many cookbooks authored by Delta Zetas from decades past.

Belle Mowrey Smuck, for whom the kitchen was named, was an alumna of Indiana University, Epsilon Chapter.
