This room is named in honor of Evelyn Adams Costello, Knox (lL) - Nu, who served as National President from 1954-1958. She was largely responsible for Delta Zeta's connection with Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C. She was also instrumental in the union between Delta Zeta and Delta Sigma Epsilon, making Delta Zeta one of the largest sororities in the National Panhellenic Conference (NPC). She joined the Flame Eternal in 1997.
