The front room provides a small dining area with large windows that look toward Miami University's campus. The fireplace is hand-painted and was restored in 1983.

The dining room with connecting bath leads into the front bedroom, thus forming the California Suite which was donated by the Southern California alumnae. Twin headboard beds and an antique settee complete the room. Pictured on the mantel are prominent California Delta Zetas.
