Dana McMillan began her career as a kindergarten teacher. In the 1980s, she served as the coordinator and director of the resource center at The Learning Exchange, a one-of-a-kind idea bank of materials source for teachers, parents and administrators working in all of areas of education. In 1988, Dana was chosen to develop the Crayola Creativity Program by the makers of Crayola crayons. Under Dana's leadership, a program was developed for a complete early childhood curriculum, widely acclaimed for making a difference in early childhood classrooms.
