Ruth Simering, Indiana - Epsilon

A psychiatric social worker, Ruth served in Australia and New Guinea with a Red Cross hospital unit during World War II. She is seen here in Australia in 1944 with a pair of Koala bears named "Mischief" and "Junior." After she retired, she studied the history and activities of fraternity work. She joined the Flame Eternal in 1983.
