Nettie Wills Shugart, Nebraska - Zeta, a charter member of the Zeta Chapter (founded in 1910), served on the National Council (bottom right) as Grand Secretary from 1914-1916. She then went on to serve as Chairman of the Big Sister Committee (1916-1920). For many years, she maintained a studio of fine arts in Lincoln, Nebraska, and was also an instructor in public schools and university in painting and ceramics work.
