Sara Procter Carruthers
Sara Procter Carruthers, Miami (OH) - Alpha, is a leader, a philanthropist and a humanitarian who contributes to the cultural enrichment of her community through her generous support of education, events and exhibits. Sara’s foresight and generosity made the Women of Achievement rooms at the Delta Zeta Historical Museum a reality. She served as National Social Chairman for the Sorority and Trustee on the Delta Zeta Foundation Board. A television broadcaster and producer by profession, she received the 2009 Scripps-Corbett Award (with her parents Ralph and Donna) for making a significant difference in the arts through their personal support.
