Delta Zeta's Founders defined their vision for true leadership from a global perspective with the words, "to develop plans for guidance and unity in action; objects worthy of the highest aim and purpose of associated effort." Today, Delta Zeta's collegiate Emerging Leaders take that same path. These leaders enrich lives and make a difference in Delta Zeta. They are the leaders who will make a difference in the world.

The Emerging Leaders in the display are the Presidents of Delta Zeta's award-winning Crest chapters. The Crest Award is presented to outstanding college chapters that have excelled consistently in all areas of college programming.
