Cynthia Winslow Menges, Miami (OH) - Alpha, Executive Director, occupies the Executive office. The recognition that Cindy received for serving as the third female president in the 75-year history of the Fraternity Executives Association (FEA) is on display in the office. Cindy has completed nearly three decades of directing a staff that is adept in balancing its responsibilities with those of Delta Zeta's volunteers. "Our primary purpose is service," says Cindy. "We are an organization of people. The people on our staff help our elected and appointed officers utilize their strengths."
