"Don't Look Back, We're Not Going that Way" is the title of Marcia Wallace's first book and a perfect motto for her life journey, fame, self-discovery, love and heartbreak. Her credits as an actor were many and include wide variety of appearances and roles both on television and the stage. Perhaps she was best known for her role as his loyal receptionist on "The Bob Newhart Show," for which she received an Emmy nomination. A newer generation of viewers came to know her as the voice of Edna Krabappel on "The Simpsons." Marcia was a breast cancer survivor and devoted her time as an advocate for breast cancer awareness.
