This was the Period of Constitutional Development and Organization. Bess Coulter’s real work for Delta Zeta was in the reorganization of 1907 and the founding of the Beta (Cornell University) and Kappa (University of Washington) Chapters. With the support of the Grand Council, other chapters and her leadership, alumnae came to the forefront to do valuable work in the progress and stability of the Sorority.
