This was the Period of Reorganization and Expansion. With Rene Sebring Smith as National President, Delta Zeta assumed the chairmanship of National Panhellenic Conference, during which time she was successful in having college representatives present for the sessions. The Delta Zeta National Office was established in Muncie, Indiana under her administration.
